Project Management Training

As someone who either is a project manager, or is planning to become one, you will benefit from project management training. However, picking the right course for you depends a lot on where you are in your project management career.

In Velopi, we divide our courses up broadly into those leading to some sort of either professional or academic accreditation and those that do not. We have developed these courses in order to impart the essential skills of project management. We use hands-on exercises and engaging case studies to reinforce the course material and to allow our students to transfer their new knowledge immediately to the workplace.

Ideal for aspiring project managers, these courses offer practical training based on the PMBOK® Guide.

Project Management Certification Training

Experienced project managers seek to obtain either an academic or a professional credential to gain a sense of legitimacy in their roles. All of our professional qualification courses are about preparing students to take Project Management Institute (PMI)® exams. The credentials require that the applicant be at a certain point in their career trajectory before being allowed to take the exam.

For new and experienced project managers, these courses prepare them for PMI® exams, granting professional credentials.
